Lia is a 29 year veteran speech language pathologist. She has 3 daughters and one grandson and is married to her college sweetheart. Natural Language Acquisition certified SLP and loves working with autistic children! She enjoys mentoring other SLP’s and empowering and coaching parents!

Tatum earned her Master’s Degree in Communication Science Disorders in June 2026. After spending 3 months training along side Lia, she joined the Beach Speech Family as a full time speech language pathologist. Tatum is passionate about helping children grow and communicate with confidence. She brings creativity, compassion and dedication to every therapy session making learning both fun and meaningful. Tatum lives in Orange Beach with her husband and puppy.
